The uvex 3 quatro safety boot is built for heavy-duty industrial environments where durability, stability and comfort are essential. It meets the DIN EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024 S3 FO CI SC SR standard and is available in sizes 36 to 52, with width options 10, 11, and 12. The dual-density polyurethane sole features uvex i-PUREnrj planet sole technology offering superior shock absorption and energy return to reduce fatigue during long shifts onsite. Made with 10% recycled PU granulate, it supports sustainability without compromising performance. The bionom x outsole is ergonomically designed for comfort and performance, offering slip resistance, antistatic properties, and resistance to oil, fuel, and short-term heat up to 120°C. It is also cold-insulating and free from silicones and other substances that interfere with wetting agents. The hydrophobic leather upper is water-repellent, while the textile mesh lining helps regulate temperature and moisture for a more comfortable foot climate. A foamed PU heel basket adds stability and elevates the foot out of mud and standing water. Reflective elements improve visibility in low-light conditions. The boot is secured with laces and includes soft padding around the collar and dust tongue for added comfort. Protection is ensured with a metal-free toe cap, steel midsole, and a PU scuff cap that enhances durability. The boot also provides ESD protection in line with EN 61340-4-3 and EN 61340-5-1 standards. Sizes 36 to 40 are specifically designed with a women’s last for a better fit. Sustainability is a key focus, with both the midsole and removable insole made wholly or partly from recycled materials. The boot is also free from harmful substances, adhering to the uvex restricted substances list.
